Audio Calling

For 3 years, led the design of hands-free audio calling experiences across Ray-Ban Meta, Ray-Ban Meta Display, Meta Portal, Meta Quest, and Ray-Ban Stories shaping how communication works seamlessly across multimodal devices. Collaborated with marketing to design the in-store demo calling experience for Ray-Ban Meta devices showcased in retail locations worldwide.

POV Calling

Drove the conversation design of the video calling experience across Ray-Ban Meta, Ray-Ban Meta Display and Meta Portal, enabling users to share their point of view while staying present in the moment. Designed interaction flows for initiating, managing and ending POV calls entirely hands-free, bridging the experience across mobile, wearable and smart display platforms.

Defined and drove hands-free interaction design for live translation on smart glasses. Built the case for the end to end hands-free UX and owned it while partnering with a visual designer, enabling real-time multilingual conversations across contexts.

i18n Internationalization

Shaped and owned language expansion design for Meta AI across devices, defining how voice and visual interactions adapt across languages and cultures to deliver a consistent, localized experience at scale. Designed conversational flows in Spanish for Meta Portal and Ray-Ban Meta devices across WhatsApp and Messenger, ensuring voice interactions felt natural and culturally relevant for Spanish speaking users.

Owned the conversation design for guided navigation on Ray-Ban Meta Display, defining how voice-guided directions adapt in real time based on user context and movement.
